Gasy Rum Punch

Ingredients

  • 1.5oz (3 Parts) Cuban Rum
  • 0.5oz (2 Parts) Vanilla Liqueur
  • Pineapple Juice

Mixing Directions

 

Fill a highball glass with ice.  Add the liquor and top with Pineapple Juice.  Stir and serve.

Comments –

Mostly taste pineapple with a hint of rum. The cuban rum is sweet, spicy and awesome.

The vanilla is a hint of sweet that helps with the acidity of the pineapple juice. Excellent portions. Very tropical tasting, makes me want an umbrella and slice of pineapple garnish.

Would love to try with a marashino cherry for garnish.  Possibly that will be my next experiment.
