I’m a pretty picky guy when it comes to my ice cream. I’ve never been a big fan of all kinds of different flavours. I like my mint chocolate chip, cookies and cream (oreo ftw!) and straight up vanilla – sometimes of the french variety.
Over the last few stressful years, my flavour collection expanded to include Gelato ( I even feel hoity toity saying it) and other fancy batches that only come in these containers that fit in one hand. Some of the containers fit in the palm of one hand.
One of my favourites if by far the 1mil Flavours by Ben & Jerry. There are at least 10 flavours that I have identified, I can’t speak for the rest of the million. It’s a great mix of chocolate and vanilla ice cream, with chunks of all sorts of things in it. There are a few different types of nuts, frozen peanut butter cups, white chocolate chunks and some other things that are crunch and full of awesome.
The ice cream is smooth and rich and has a great texture. It’s creamy and I’m sure it’s really bad for me because it tastes really good.
My goal is always to get to the bottom of the container before it completely liquifies. Now that may not seem like a lofty goal for some of the rest of you, but just holding the little container in my hand makes it melt like crazy. Some ice creams I don’t have any hope, but this stuff holds together pretty nice and even at the bottom I usually have to work to get my spoon through it. (Hey don’t judge me, this is how I rate ice cream).
