Blue Bird


  • 1 2/3 oz Gin
  • 1 oz Cointreau (Triple Sec)
  • 2 drops of Angostura Bitters

Mixing Directions

Pour all ingredients in to a shaker with ice.  Shake and strain in to a cocktail glass.  Garnish with a twist of lemon

Comments –

This drink called for 4 drops of bitters, but I’m just not that fond of them so I cut it in half.  I could still mildly taste the bitters but they were not overwhelming.
